- Due to the digital nature of my products, they are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-returnable.
- Please note that all of my Miss Fancyplans courses, resources, free items, digital creations, and all files contained within them are digital only. NOTHING WILL BE SHIPPED TO YOU.
- For products that are for your personal use only, including my trainings and courses, you may not edit, sell, or redistribute any of the videos or files, whether free or purchased, to anyone else, either for free or for a fee, unless otherwise stated within the training or course.
- For products labelled as PLR, MRR, or Commercial Use (including files that are labelled as PLR, MRR, or Commercial Use within my trainings or courses), you must adhere to the terms as stated in the individual product terms and conditions. Please read them carefully, as they vary from product to product.
- I claim copyright to the content of all courses, trainings, and products available from Miss Fancyplans, including text, content, layout, design, and intellectual property. In each product where I use graphics that were prepared by a third party (other than graphics that are permissible to use with a free Canva account), I always give that third party credit so that you know where the graphics came from. All other work is my own intellectual property and is protected by law. If you infringe on or claim ownership of my copyright and intellectual property rights, you will be asked to cease and desist, and I may seek damages.
- On my website I feature Recommended products from my business colleagues. If you click through and make a purchase, I may receive a small commission at no extra charge to you.
- I do not accept any liability from your usage of any of my products.
- I do not use AI in any of my work except for graphics created by third parties (or in some products, by me). I also do not use AI to handle your personal information.
- By downloading, purchasing, or otherwise accessing any of my products, you agree to the full terms and conditions listed above.
Because of the nature of instant digital downloads, I do not offer refunds on any of my courses, frameworks, digital files, audio files, or any other products that are delivered digitally. This is because all content is instantly available to you after purchase. I strive to create the best and most useful resources for you, and I’m confident that their value far exceeds their price.
